Alcohol Consumption Public Spaces Protection Order

Salford City Council is proposing to extend the Alcohol Public Spaces Protection Order for a further 3 years when the current order expires in October. The Council are proposing to extend the Order under the Anti-social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 to prevent or reduce ASB caused by the minority in the City which adversely affects both the residents of and visitors to the City.
